MY DREAM WORLDの運営者（以下「当運営」）は、アプリと公式サイトで取り扱う情報を、以下の目的と方法で利用します。機能の提供範囲は、ご利用の端末・地域・アプリの配信版によって異なります。

本サービスの利用対象は18歳以上です。18歳未満の方の利用は認めていません。

初回利用前に18歳以上であることを自己申告していただきます。生年月日・身分証は収集せず、確認結果と利用条件の版を端末内に保存します。未確認・18歳未満の場合は利用を開始できません。YOUから確認を撤回でき、利用条件の改定や保存状態の消去時は再確認します。

1. アカウントとゲスト利用

アカウント利用では、メールアドレス、認証用識別子、セッション情報を、本人認証、アカウント管理、クラウド保存・復元のために処理します。認証とクラウド基盤にSupabaseを利用します。

ゲストの夢・計画・行動・リマインダーは、ゲストごとの識別子に紐づけて端末内に保存します。同じゲスト利用を再開するため識別子を保持します。アカウントへのログイン時にゲストの夢を自動移行せず、ログアウト後は新しいゲスト領域へ切り替えます。ゲストの夢はクラウドへ自動同期しません。ただし、画像検索時には下記の検索情報がサーバーへ送信されます。

2. 保存する情報と利用目的

• 夢のタイトル・説明・メモ・目標日・予算、計画、行動、リマインダー、画像選択情報：保存、表示、行動の整理、通知と同期のため。
• アカウント識別子、同期の更新情報・削除記録：本人のデータ復元、競合処理、他アカウントとの分離のため。
• 言語・地域・タイムゾーン等の設定：表示と通知の調整のため。
• 購入商品、購入状態、利用権、照合用識別子：Premiumの提供、購入復元、決済照合、不正防止のため。
• 広告の同意状態、端末・接続・広告配信に関する情報：同意管理、広告配信、障害対応と不正防止のため。

お問い合わせでは、メールアドレスと相談内容を、本人確認、調査、回答のために利用します。パスワード、認証コード、カード情報などをメールで送らないでください。

3. 画像検索と外部サービス

画像候補を探す際は、夢のタイトル・説明から作成した検索語、分類、言語などを当運営のサーバーへ送ります。検索に必要な情報を以下の提供元へ送信します。検索語に個人情報や秘密情報を含めないでください。画像の読み込みや外部リンクの表示では、接続先がIPアドレスや端末・通信情報を処理する場合があります。

• Google Places / Google Maps：場所の検索と写真取得に使用します。場所の識別子、出典、撮影者情報を保持し、表示時に写真を再取得する場合があります。
• Unsplash：写真検索に使用します。写真・撮影者・出典リンクを保持し、画像を選択して夢の保存が成功した際は、提供元の要件に沿った選択通知を送ります。
• 楽天市場：商品名・価格・店舗・商品画像・リンクの取得に使用します。Oracle Cloud上の当運営の中継サーバーを経由します。

ゲストの画像検索には、短時間有効なアクセス用トークンと継続利用のための認証情報を使います。サーバーではトークンのハッシュ、期限、利用回数、通知の重複防止情報等を処理し、利用制限と不正利用防止に用います。端末内のゲスト識別子だけで検索を認証することはありません。

4. 購入・広告

購入はGoogle PlayまたはApp Storeで処理されます。RevenueCatと当運営のサーバーが、アカウントとの対応、購入・復元状態、利用権を照合します。当運営がカード番号を直接取得することはありません。

無料利用時にはGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示する場合があります。広告SDKは広告識別子、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告操作・診断情報などを処理する場合があります。必要な同意の確認にはGoogleの同意管理機能を利用します。同意の状態と地域の要件に応じて配信を制御し、必要な場合はアプリのプライバシー設定から選択を見直せます。Premiumの確認が完了したアカウントでは通常広告の表示・新規リクエストを停止します。夢の本文を広告ネットワークへ送る目的では利用しません。

Google Mobile Ads SDKおよび配信に関与する広告パートナーは、広告の配信・効果測定・分析、サービスの改善、不正利用の防止のために、上記の情報や広告の表示履歴、アプリとの操作情報、クラッシュ・性能情報を処理する場合があります。利用される情報と目的は、配信構成、地域、同意と端末設定により異なります。Google以外の広告事業者が関与する場合もあります。提供元のプライバシーポリシーと、表示される場合は同意画面のパートナー・目的の説明もご確認ください。

GoogleのUser Messaging Platform（UMP）は、地域に応じた広告の同意情報を確認します。同意画面が必要な場合は、同意、拒否、選択の管理の案内に従って選べます。同意画面が不要と判定された場合、画面を表示しないことがあります。拒否が必ずすべての広告の停止を意味するとは限りませんが、アプリは現在の同意状態で広告リクエストが許可された場合に限り広告を要求します。同意情報の更新に失敗した場合や、年齢確認が未完了の場合も広告を要求しません。

広告の選択を見直すには、YOUの「広告のプライバシー設定」を利用できます。選択画面が必要でない場合や、通信・同意情報の取得に失敗した場合は、画面を開けないことがあります。読み込みに失敗した状態を同意済みとは扱いません。お問い合わせ先への相談も可能です。

5. 外部での処理と安全管理

位置情報について、アプリは端末のGPS位置情報を取得する権限を要求せず、精密な現在地を広告SDKへ渡しません。夢に入力した行き先・住所・座標は、夢の保存や場所の検索に用いる情報であり、端末の現在地の自動取得とは異なります。一方、広告配信事業者はIPアドレスからおおよその地域を推定する場合があります。

広告識別子の利用は端末の設定と適用される同意に従います。広告同意とiOSのトラッキング許可は別のものです。広告パートナーと利用目的は、利用地域に応じた同意画面でも確認できます。同意を拒否・変更した場合の配信可否は同意管理機能で確認し、広告を要求できない状態では新たな広告を要求しません。

UMPの同意とAppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）は別の仕組みです。UMPで同意したことをATTの許可として扱いません。iOSの追跡許可は端末の「設定」で確認・変更できます。ATTの許可がない場合でも、機能提供、安全性確保など追跡以外の目的で処理される情報があります。App Storeのプライバシー表示は、アプリと組み込まれた第三者SDKの実際のデータ処理に基づいて申告します。

Free accounts may receive Google AdMob ads. The advertising SDK may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics. IP addresses may be used to estimate a general location. The app does not request GPS permission or pass precise device location to the advertising SDK. Places you enter in dreams are separate from automatic device location collection. Advertising consent and iOS tracking permission are separate choices. Where required, you can review partners and purposes, decline consent and revisit your choices through the app’s privacy options. New ad requests are blocked when the consent SDK does not permit them, and for accounts verified as Premium by our server. Dream text is not used to provide advertising targeting information. 公式サイトはVercelで配信します。配信と安全性確保のため、IPアドレス、アクセス日時、ブラウザ情報等が処理される場合があります。公式サイトにアカウント登録フォームや広告SDKは設置していません。

外部事業者の設備は日本国外に所在する場合があります。必要な範囲で外部サービスを利用し、認証、アクセス権限、暗号化通信などで保護します。法令に基づく場合などを除き、本人の同意なく目的外の第三者提供を行いません。外部サービス自身の取扱いは各社のポリシーもご確認ください。

6. 保存期間とアカウント削除

端末内データは利用の継続に必要な間保持され、アプリや端末の保存領域を消去すると失われる場合があります。アカウントのデータはサービス提供に必要な間保持します。ゲスト領域を切り替える操作だけでは、過去の領域のデータが物理消去されるとは限りません。

アカウント削除の手順・削除依頼方法に従って削除を依頼できます。対象の認証情報、クラウドの夢・計画・行動・リマインダー・画像選択情報・同期削除記録、および操作端末内の対象アカウントデータを削除します。他のアカウントやゲストのデータは対象外です。

削除結果の確認用認証情報は24時間で失効します。期限切れの確認記録は、その後の削除処理や管理上の清掃処理で消去します。法令上または決済・不正防止上必要な範囲で、最小限の照合記録を一定期間保持する場合があります。購入所有権の記録はアカウントへの直接参照を解除し、生の購入トークンを保存しない形で保持します。外部記録と照合できる可能性があるため完全な匿名情報とは扱いません。保持の必要性は目的に応じて見直します。

RevenueCat、Google Play、Apple等が管理する購入記録は、アプリのアカウント削除と別に取り扱われます。アカウント削除だけでは定期購入は解約されません。購入したストアで管理・解約してください。

7. お問い合わせと権利の行使

情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止等については、support@mydreamworld.jpへご連絡ください。本人確認を行い、適用法令に従って対応します。対象情報、外部サービスの取扱い、保持に関する相談も同じ窓口で受け付けます。

8. ポリシーの変更

機能や情報の取扱いが変わる場合はこのページを更新します。重要な変更は、必要に応じてアプリ等でも案内し、法令上必要な同意を取得します。

Privacy Policy — English

MY DREAM WORLD processes information for the purposes described below. Features available to you depend on your device, region and app release.

1. Age eligibility, accounts and Guest access

You must be 18 or older. Before starting, you confirm your age yourself. We do not collect a date of birth or identity document. We save your choice and the age policy version on this device. Unconfirmed users and people under 18 cannot start using the app. You can withdraw the confirmation from YOU. We ask again when the age policy changes or the record is cleared.

For Account access, we process your email address, authentication identifiers and session information for authentication, account management, cloud storage and restoration using Supabase. Guest dreams, plans, actions and reminders are stored locally under a Guest identifier. Signing in does not automatically import Guest dreams; signing out switches to a new Guest workspace. Guest dreams are not automatically synchronized to the cloud. Image searches do transmit search information as described below.

2. Information and purposes

We use dream titles, descriptions, notes, dates, budgets, plans, actions, reminders and image selections to save and display your content, organize actions and provide reminders and synchronization. Account identifiers, synchronization metadata and deletion records support restoration, conflict handling and account separation. Language, region and time zone preferences control presentation and reminders. Product identifiers, purchase status, entitlements and verification identifiers support Premium, restoration and fraud prevention. Consent records and device, connection and advertising information support consent management, ad delivery, diagnostics and security.

Support requests use your email address and message to investigate and respond. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or card information.

3. Image search and providers

Image search sends search terms derived from your dream title and description, category and language to our server and the providers needed for the search. Avoid personal or confidential information in search terms. Loading images or external links can disclose your IP address and device or connection information to their providers.

• Google Places / Google Maps provide place searches and photos. Place IDs, attribution and author information may be retained, and photos may be retrieved again for display.
• Unsplash provides photo search. We retain photo, author and attribution links and send a selection notification required by the provider after the selected image is successfully saved with a dream.
• Rakuten supplies product names, prices, shops, images and links through our proxy on Oracle Cloud.

Guest image access uses short-lived tokens and credentials for continued access. The server processes token hashes, expiry, usage counts and duplicate-notification prevention records to enforce limits and prevent abuse. A local Guest identifier alone does not authorize search.

4. Purchases and advertising

Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases. RevenueCat and our server verify account association, purchase and restoration status, and entitlements. We do not directly collect payment card numbers. Free use may show Google AdMob ads; its SDK may process advertising and device identifiers, IP addresses, device information, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance information. Google consent management controls whether ad requests are permitted. Verified Premium accounts do not make new standard ad requests. We do not supply dream text for ad targeting.

Google Mobile Ads SDK and advertising partners involved in delivery may process this information, ad impressions, app interactions, crash reports and performance data for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, service improvement and fraud prevention. The information and purposes depend on the configuration, region, consent and device settings. Advertising companies other than Google may be involved. Review their privacy policies and, where displayed, the partners and purposes described in the consent screen.

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks advertising consent information for your region. When a consent screen is required, it provides choices to consent, decline or manage options. A screen may not appear when it is not required. Declining consent does not necessarily stop all advertising; the app requests ads only when the current consent state permits ad requests. It does not request ads when the consent information update fails or age confirmation is incomplete. Standard ad display and new requests are stopped for accounts confirmed as Premium.

Use Ad privacy choices in YOU to review your selections. The options screen may be unavailable when it is not required or when connectivity or consent retrieval fails. A loading failure is not treated as consent. You can also contact us with privacy questions.

5. Location, choices, external processing and security

The app does not request GPS permission or pass precise device location to the ad SDK. A destination, address or coordinates entered in a dream are used for saving that dream or searching places; they are not an automatically collected current location. Advertising providers may infer approximate location from an IP address.

Advertising identifier use is subject to device settings and applicable consent. Advertising consent is separate from iOS tracking permission. Where applicable, consent screens identify partners and purposes and allow you to decline or change your choices. You can revisit advertising privacy options from YOU. No new ad requests are made when the consent SDK does not permit them.

UMP consent and Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) are separate mechanisms. Consent in UMP is not ATT authorization. You can review and change iOS tracking permissions in device Settings. Information may still be processed for non-tracking purposes such as app functionality and security without ATT authorization. App Store privacy disclosures must reflect actual processing by the app and its third-party SDKs.

The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process IP addresses, access times and browser information to deliver and secure the site. The website has no account registration form or advertising SDK. Providers may process information outside Japan. We use authentication, access controls and encrypted communication to protect information. Processing by external providers is also governed by their own policies, linked above. Except where required by law or similar circumstances, we do not provide information to third parties outside the stated purposes without your consent.

6. Retention and deletion

Local information is retained while needed for continued use and may be lost if app or device storage is cleared. Account data is retained while needed to provide the service. Changing Guest workspaces alone does not necessarily physically erase earlier workspace data.

Follow the account deletion instructions to request deletion. This removes the relevant authentication information, cloud dreams, plans, actions, reminders, image selections, synchronization deletion records and the account data on the device performing the operation. Other accounts and Guest data are not included.

Deletion-status credentials expire after 24 hours. Expired confirmation records are removed by subsequent deletion or maintenance processes. Minimal verification records may be retained when required for legal, payment or fraud-prevention purposes. Purchase ownership records are detached from the direct account reference without retaining raw purchase tokens. These records may still be linkable through external records and are not considered fully anonymous. Retention needs are reviewed according to their purpose.

RevenueCat, Apple and Google maintain their own purchase records. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel it in the store where you purchased it.

7. Contact and rights

For access, correction, deletion, restriction or other privacy requests, contact support@mydreamworld.jp. We verify identity and respond under applicable law. You may also ask about providers, affected information and retention.

8. Changes

We update this page when features or data handling change. Where needed, we provide additional notices for significant changes and obtain consent required by law.
